Postage and Packaging
We offer Prints in three Formats (Sizes):
A3: 29,7 x 42 cm
A4: 21 x 29,7 cm
A5: 14,8 x 21 cm
All A4 and A5 prints are shipped with a cardboard backing, mailed in a rigid mailer, for extra protection. A3 prints are shipped in a strong tube.
We offer FREE shipping for Austria orders (only Fine Art Prints). For orders within Germany and Europe, the shipping cost is €5. For Notebooks the shipping cost is €3. For Card or Set of Cards the shipping cost is €2.
All prints are high-quality digital reproductions, printed on exclusive premium 220g white cardboard. They are unframed unless otherwise requested.
VAT and Taxes
The prices shown are gross prices. For customers outside the EU, please be aware that local charges such as import duties and/or sales tax may apply. These fees are the customer's responsibility and may be due upon delivery. Thank you for your understanding!
Processing and Shipping Times
Austria: 2-3 business days
Germany: 3-4 business days
Europe: 5-7 business days

Order Confirmation and Shipping Notification
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing the tracking details.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by your location, as well as the weight and size of the items in your order. You’ll see the exact shipping fees calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
Free Shipping
We’re pleased to offer free shipping on orders over 250€. If you have any questions or need assistance with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re here to help!
Free Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your package. The refund will be processed within approximately 2 weeks (from the date your return arrives at our warehouse) using the original payment method you used for the purchase.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Please note that made-to-order items and items purchased on sale cannot be returned.
Please note that we strive to keep our prices fair, which is why we do not offer free returns. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
How to Return Your Order
Please reach out to our customer service at sonja@sonjaillustrated.com and we’ll send you a return form. Fill out the form, use the top part as a label for your package, and include the bottom part with your return. Thank you!
